Residents completed a ballot last fall that surpassed the minimum thresholds for a traffic calming project to move ahead with the process. During a public workshop in April, residents worked with City staff to shape the preliminary design now available for public comment. White paint markings have been placed on the street and shoulder to show the location of the traffic calming treatment.
After the comment period closes June 19, 2019, you will be invited to a final design meeting. We will review changes made based on the comments given about the preliminary design, finalize the design, and discuss the next steps of the process.
