Corridor Preservation Plan
Corridor Preservation Plan
Hillsborough County is updating the Corridor Preservation Plan (CPP) and wants to hear from residents during four community meetings in July. This plan is integral to the Unincorporated Hillsborough County Comprehensive Plan. The CPP guides the scale and location of future roadways in Hillsborough County's unincorporated areas to ensure connectivity and rights-of-way are adequate to serve planned growth and support anticipated future development patterns.
While the Comprehensive Plan was updated in 2022 with minor changes to the CPP, there has not been a major revision in over 15 years.
With ever-evolving land use patterns and travel habits, an updated CPP will help ensure that Hillsborough County's transportation network works efficiently and safely through the coming decades.
Residents are encouraged to attend one of the community meetings listed to learn more about the plan and provide feedback.
Unable to attend an in-person meeting? Share your input online anytime between Tuesday, July 8, and Friday, August 15.
Hillsborough planners want your feedback on future roadways. After reviewing the maps, please provide your comments/feedback on future road projects.
