The following amendments will be presented to the GTC Planning Committee for recommendation to the GTC Board for consideration. The sources of Federal funds are the FTA Section 5307, FTA Section 5309, FTA Section 5339 and FTA ICAM programs. These phases were not placed into a grant in FFY 2023 and need to be shown to FFY 2024 for the projects to progress. FTA funds are available over multiple years so fiscal constraint is maintained.
