Preliminary Findings and Recommendations: December 2021 - March 2022

Deliverable:  A draft report outlining the process of the project, outcomes, and key recommendations. This will be an internal working document for review and discussion purposes.

Preparation of the Final Report: April 2022 - May 2022

The final deliverable of this project will be a summary report of existing programs and policies analysis, community engagement and recommendations for action and implementation within the next 3-5 years, with support from graphics and maps. Presentations will be made to Mayor and Council and boards and commissions for review and approval.
