The Policy Committee is the primary decision-making body of AMATS, comprised of five voting members. 

Members

The Policy Committee is the primary decision-making body of AMATS, comprised of five voting members. The Policy Committee meets monthly, typically on the third Thursday of the month.  The in-person option is typically held in the Mayor's Conference room on the eighth floor of City Hall at 1:00pm - 3:00pm. 

  1. Chair Katherine Keith - State Commissioner of Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities or Designee.

  2. Vice Chair Graham Downey - Municipal Mayor or Designee 

  3. Daniel Volland - Municipal Assembly 

  4. Erin Baldwin Day - Municipal Assembly 

  5. Morgan Frank - State Commissioner of Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation or Designee

  6. Jared Goecker - Municipal Assembly - Alternate
