The N.C. Department of Transportation proposes to improve the intersection of U.S. 17 and Oak Stump Road (S.R. 1145) in Pasquotank County.
Alternative 1A –
U.S. 17 Business will be realigned to create a signalized, four-legged intersection at U.S. 17 and the northern Elizabeth City Crossings entrance. A roundabout is proposed at the Port Elizabeth Centre entrance on U.S. 17 Business.
Alternative 1B –
U.S. 17 Business will be realigned to create a signalized, four-legged intersection at U.S. 17 and the northern Elizabeth City Crossings entrance.
Alternative 2 –
U.S. 17 Business will be realigned to create a signalized, three-legged intersection at U.S. 17.
