Delaware Bayshore Byway Master & Marketing Plan (DBBMMP)
Delaware Bayshore Byway Master & Marketing Plan (DBBMMP)
The Delaware Bayshore Byway Master & Marketing Plan (DBBMMP) is a collaborative effort to make the Delaware Bayshore Byway a better place to explore—whether you're walking, biking, or paddling. This new plan builds on earlier work, including the Bayshore Byway Corridor Management Plan, by focusing more on fun and safe ways to get around without a car.
By looking at current walkways, bikeways, and waterways—and what's planned for the future—this plan will help identify ways to improve access and connectivity for everyone who enjoys the outdoors. It will also include a marketing plan to better share what makes the bayshore special, from beautiful scenery to unique attractions and recreational opportunities.
Led by Delaware Greenways and DelDOT, and developed with help from planning experts, this master and marketing plan will help guide the future of transportation, recreation, and tourism along the byway—while staying true to the community's values and care for the environment.
