The Technical Advisory Committee is the forum for making technical recommendations to the Policy Committee. 

Members

The committee consists of 11 voting members representing both State and Municipal agencies. The committee meets monthly, typically on the First Thursday of the month. Meetings are both virtual and in-person. The in-person options is usually held in the Training Room of the Permit Center, 4700 Elmore Drive from 1:00pm -3:00pm.

2.  Vice Chair Ben White - State Anchorage Field Office Chief of Planning for the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities 

3. Mélisa Babb - Municipal Director of the Municipality of Anchorage Planning Department 

4. Bart Rudolph - Municipal Director of Municipality of Anchorage Public Transportation Department

5. Terry Umatum - Municipal Director of the Don Young Port of Alaska 

6. Mourad Dawoud - Municipal Department of Health 

7. Taylor Keegan - Municipal Parks & Recreation Superintendent

8.  Melinda Kohlhaas - Municipal Director of the Project Management & Engineering Division, Public Works Department 

9. Brian Lindamood  - State Vice President of the Alaska Railroad Corporation    

10. Yemi Alimi - State Air Non-Point & Mobile Sources Program Manager of the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation 

11. Luke Bowland - State Anchorage Field Office Preconstruction Engineer for the Department of Transportation & Public Facilities
