Public encouraged to provide comments and input for the 2020 -2025 Consolidated Plan & the 2020-2021 Consolidated Action Plan
The City of Concord is accepting comments for the 2020-2021 Consolidated Annual Action Plan regarding the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME grant funds. Funding allocations for CDBG will be $680,540, HOME funded at $177,750, and CARES Act of $400,339 for FY 2020-21. The Plan will outline proposed goals and activities during the upcoming fiscal year (July 1, 2020-June 30, 2021).
The Draft plan is available for public review through July 3, 2020.
