The Genesee Transportation Council is providing federal planning funds through the 2024-2025 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) to help the City of Rochester create a strategy for future real estate development and transportation improvements along the corridor. This study is happening concurrently with the Inner Loop North Transportation Project.

The City of Rochester will host a second Public Open House for the Inner Loop North (ILN) Mobility & Development Strategy on Monday June 30th, from 6-7:30pm at the World of Inquiry School #58 Gymnasium located at 200 University Avenue.
This open house will follow a similar format to the last one held in November. There will be a brief presentation to attendees and the majority of the meeting will focus on attendees interacting with various stations around the gymnasium. The stations will include information on alternative scenarios for the ILN corridor's future land use, open spaces, and mobility improvements.
