Kettering's Planning and Development Department is home to the Community Development Division a unique part of the city tasked with engaging with our citizens to make the fabric of our city stronger by assisting low to moderate-income neighbors and neighborhoods, creating and maintaining affordable housing, and economic development. We often need to hear from our residents and have public meetings to make sure you know about upcoming ways we are spending the funds allocated to our City. Further, our department and division assists residents directly and indirectly and we make some of those programs and applications available via this hub as well.
