房屋委员会租户解决方案小组委员会
2022 年 1 月 26 日，住房委员会成立了新命名的租房者解决方案小组委员会 (RSS)。该小组委员会由九名成员组成：两名住房专员、四名租户和三名业主或物业经理。住房委员会投票决定让约翰逊和达维拉委员担任 RSS 的委员代表。推荐任命的完整名单于 2022 年 5 月 25 日投票选出。
该小组委员会的职责如下： 就与房客相关的问题向住房委员会提供建议，包括但不限于： 紧急租房援助；租户的权利和法律援助；教育、外展和培训；和立法项目。
该小组委员会的目标如下：(1) 就与租房者相关的问题向住房委员会提出建议，(2) 确保租房者在委员会对话中与租房者相关的问题上有发言权，(3) 鼓励发展关系以及物业经理和租户之间的理解。
