PROJECT UPDATE

Work on the north side of Aspen Hills Boulevard has begun. We are currently working on road excavation and removal of the old pedestrian ramps.

The week of May 6th, we will begin installing a storm drain and boring for the signal foundations.

PLEASE, BE CAREFUL! For your own safety and others, drive slowly, pay close attention to workers, signs and equipment, and maintain a safe distance when driving, biking or walking near the construction zones.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

In an effort to enhance safety at the intersection of Redwood Road and Aspen Hills Boulevard/Cold Springs Drive, the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) will be installing a new traffic signal.

This project entails widening Aspen Hills Boulevard at the intersection to create space for turn lanes, relocating some underground utilities, and reconstructing the pedestrian ramps on all four corners of the intersection.

WHAT TO EXPECT

•  All lanes on Redwood Road will remain open.
•  Lane shifts on Aspen Hills Boulevard and Cold Springs Drive, with one lane in each direction open.
Temporary interruption to water service may occur. Affected properties will be notified ahead of time.
