2024 年圣安东尼奥物业维护法规
圣安东尼奥市优先采用最新的物业维护规范，以满足最新的安全标准。这些规范每三年更新一次，开发服务部 (DSD) 负责领导这一过程，以确保我们采用的规范符合国家安全标准、最新行业实践和州法律。我们现在准备开始与委员会成员和利益相关者举行会议，根据国际规范委员会 (ICC) 的《国际物业维护规范》审查并提出对 2021 年圣安东尼奥物业维护规范的修改。
在我们开始这一进程时，市议会最近批准对委员会进行了一些更改，以增加这一进程的透明度和包容性：
建筑标准委员会 (BSB) 任命的非董事会成员的职责已扩大，包括投票
非董事会成员将计入法定人数
- 委员会将由 4 至 6 名成员和候补成员组成，另外还有 4 名非任命成员或比董事会成员人数少一人的成员
如果您想在一个或多个委员会任职，请在 10 月 3 日星期四之前填写申请表。
该规范确保居民和社区的公共健康、安全和福利。SAPMC 适用于所有现有住宅和商业建筑和结构，为以下方面制定最低标准：
- 处所和建筑物
- 设备和设施，包括照明、通风、空间、供暖、卫生、防护、现场安全、防火和其他危险的安全以及安全和卫生维护
- 业主的责任
- 占用现有建筑物和房舍
- 管理、执法和处罚
根据城市法规第 6-51 条，城市建筑标准委员会 (BSB) 成立了 SAPMC 委员会。该委员会将召开会议审查当前的 SAPMC 并提出修订建议。委员会完成审查后，将向全体 BSB 提交建议以供审查和考虑，最终提交市议会进行最终审议和批准。
