Coordinated Public Transit Human Services Transportation Plan, Genesee Finger Lakes Region - 2026

Coordinated Public Transit Human Services Transportation Plan, Genesee Finger Lakes Region - 2026

GTC is updating its federally mandated Genesee-Finger Lakes Region Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan.  This plan must be updated every five years in order to secure Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Section 5310 funds for local human service transportation providers. These funds are often used to replace replace paratransit vehicles at non-profit agencies, but can also be applied to operations software, other capital needs, and compensation for mobility managers. The previous update of the plan was adopted in 2021.
