N.C. 197 - North - Mitchell and Yancey Counties 18 miles of roadway repairs in the Toe and Nolichucky River Basin, including portions of: Huntdale Road (S.R. 1304) from Sams Branch Road (S.R. 1320) to N.C. 197 in Mitchell County, N.C. 197 North from Huntdale Road to Relief Road (S.R. 1315) in Yancey County, Toe River Road from Relief to N.C. 197 North in Yancey County, N.C. 197 North from Toe River Road to Stephen Lane in Yancey County, Relief Road (S.R. 1315) from Relief to N.C. 197 North in Mitchell County, and Whiston Branch Road (S.R. 1305) from the maintenance limits to Whitson Branch in Mitchell County. N.C. 197 - South - Yancey County 30 miles of roadway repairs, including: 11 miles of N.C. 197 South from E. Maine Street in Burnsville to Ewart Wilson Road in Murchinson. 19 miles of 18 connected S.R. routes Eleven bridges will be repaired or replaced by this project.	Click here for more information
U.S. 19W North - Yancey County 14 miles of roadway repairs, including: 6 miles of U.S. 19W from Piney Hill Road (S.R. 1386) to Will Higgins Road (S.R. 1444), 2 miles of Will Higgins Road between its northern and southern intersections with U.S. 19W, 4 miles of Huntdale Road (S.R. 1417) from US 19W to the North Toe River bridge, and 2 miles of Murphytown Road (S.R. 1343) from Huntsdale Road to the end of state maintenance limits. U.S. 19W South - Yancey County 12 miles of roadway repairs, including: 10 miles of U.S. 19W from Cane River School Road (S.R. 1454) to Piney Hill Road (S.R. 1386), 1 mile of Little Creek Road (S.R. 1411) from U.S. 19W to Copperhead Drive, and 1 mile of Phillips Road (S.R. 1425) from Little Creek Road to the end of state maintenance limits.
