Project Description: Setback Variance requests for several previously constructed structures:
1) A garage that is 2-ft from the property line where 5ft is required;
2) A shed that is 3.1-ft from the property line where 5ft is required;
3) The northern manufactured home located at 0-ft and 1.5-ft from the side property line where 5ft is required;
4) The southern manufactured home located at 69-ft and 4-inches from the centerline of West Highway 14 where 100-ft is typically required.
A separate request to alter the common lot line between these two lots will be processed to ensure the northern manufactured home does not sit over a common lot line and will conform to required or approved setbacks.
