Waymer Park Improvements

David B. Waymer Park is an existing 16.5-acre Mecklenburg County Park located at 14200 Holbrooks Rd, Huntersville, NC 28078, managed in partnership with the Town of Huntersville. The park includes a Recreation Center, multi-sport courts, tennis court, shelter, playground, and ball fields. David B. Waymer Recreation Center has a gymnasium, stage, multipurpose rooms, computer lab and catering kitchen.

This Improvement project may include new outdoor fitness stations, expanded play area, gaming tables, site furnishings, and accessible trails.
