Project Description: Amended Plat to create a 10.81-acre lot and 30.25-acre lot from the existing 41.06-acre Residual Lot A of the Buehler Green Acres Rural Land Use Plan (RLUP) for estate planning purposes with a utility easement dedication. The existing building envelope is not being modified and the existing use restrictions and convents will remain in place for the resultant lots. This application also includes an Appeal to Article 6.5.7.D.3.a of the Larimer County Land Use Code since a new lot is proposed with this request.
