Caltrans District 6 is conducting a feasibility study along State Routes (SR) 43 and 46 within the city of Wasco. This feasibility study will analyze existing conditions along SR 43 and 46 to help identify solutions that can expand connectivity and improve access to various transportation options. This study will help determine whether any future solution(s) are feasible before committing to formal design and construction processes. This study will provide a range of enhancement alternatives designed to encourage walking, bicycling, and transit use along both state routes, aiming to create a more accessible urban environment that meets the needs of road users.
