Call toll-free to listen to the meeting on your phone: Call 855-925-2801 Meeting Code: 9255. Your phone will be muted but you will be able to hear what is happening in the meeting.

Live Call-In Only

Public comment will only be taken from a live speaker queue. For this option, community members should listen to the meeting by phone and follow the prompts to join the speaker queue during the agenda item they would like to comment on. If watching on the live stream, please turn the sound on your computer or other devices all the way down.

Calls will be played during the board meeting in the order received. Additionally, all comments must conform to City boards & commission’s rules of decorum.  Those comments that do not may be muted.

Each speaker will need to listen to the meeting throught the live phone application by calling 855-925-2801 Meeting Code: 9255

Callers who wish to speak should press " * " and then "3" to hoin the speaker queue during the meeting.  This should be done when the board begins to discuss the item they wish to comment on.
