STARS I-95 / I-85 Interchange Study
This STARS (Strategically Targeted Affordable Roadway Solutions) study will identify a cohesive suite of improvements to the I-95 corridor from Crater Road/US Route 460 (Exit 50) to Southpark Boulevard (Exit 53). Additionally, the study will evaluate the feasibility of converting Washington Street and Wythe Street from one-way to two-way in Downtown Petersburg. The purpose of the study is to develop and evaluate projects that will improve pedestrian and vehicular access, improve safety, reduce congestion, and improve transit access. This public survey is geared towards helping the study team understand the existing issues within the study area.
