This request would rezone approximately 0.15 acres from Office Mixed Use-3 Stories-Detached w/Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District (OX-3-DE w/NCOD) to Commercial Mixed Use-12 Stories-Urban Limited (CX-12-UL). The request would remove the North Boylan Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District requirements from this site. The request would increase allowed heights, allow for additional commercial uses, and implement a street frontage standard. There are no conditions associated with this request.
