This is a request to rezone four parcels along Clark Avenue and Horne Street. The request will remove the existing Oberlin Village Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District. The NCOD limits lot sizes to 5,000 – 12,500 square feet, minimum lot width to 50 feet, requires specific front yard setback and building orientation standards, and limits building height to 28.7 feet or two stories. The request will increase building heights and permit additional housing variety. Proposed conditions prohibit the cemetery use.

Existing Zoning: Residential Mixed Use-3 Stories with Oberlin Village Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District and Special Residential Parking Overlay District (RX-3 w/NCOD & SRPOD)

Proposed Zoning: Residential Mixed Use-3 Stories-Conditional Use. View proposed conditions here.
