This request would rezone approximately 3.55 acres from Residential Mixed Use-3 (RX-3) to Residential Mixed Use-7-Conditional Use (RX-7). This request would allow for 5 additional stories and additional residential entitlement. Conditions would prohibit cemeteries, vehicle fuel sales, vehicle service, vehicle sales/rental, detention center, jail, prison, mobile retail, check cashing, payday loan facilities, tattoo/piercing parlors, taxidermists, and wedding chapels.
